Teachers gathered in the focus group took part in workshops which were designed according to the blended model of
e-learning. The key part were f2f lectures at three 2-day workshops which were held in Croatia in the period of one year
while the online part took place through the learning management system (LMS). Experts from partner organizations helped
them to use the acquired knowledge and skills to develop learning scenarios i.e. preparations for classes in digital form. Teachers
implemented the obtained scenarios in classes with their students. The teachers were surveyed in order to collect their
views and suggestions for improvement.
The kick-off meeting of the GLAT project was held on 19th of October 2017 at the University of Rijeka – Department of Informatics. After welcome talk and opening, project members discussed project tasks, outputs, timetable and dissemination activities.
Workshop “Game based learning and unplugged activities” was held at the University of Rijeka, Department of Informatics on 5th and 6th of April 2018 and gathered focus group of 24 junior grade teachers from 13 primary schools.
Workshop “PBL, online quizzes and logical tasks” for the focus group of Croatian primary junior grade teachers was held at the University of Rijeka, Department of Informatics on 28th and 29th of August 2018.
Workshop “Games and tools for programming” for the focus group of Croatian primary junior grade teachers was held at the University of Rijeka, Department of Informatics on 9th and 10th of January 2019.
In order to share project results, exchange experiences with colleagues and discuss all relevant matters, project team member will held presentations at meetings, organizations, local seminars and international events.
In addition, information about the project will be distributed using newsletters, newspaper, and leaflets.
